As we all know, the online space has become more crowded than ever. People are subjected to more noise, more information, more disturbance. To get their attention, brands will have no choice but be smarter, more adept and very careful as to what they communicate.

Not once, not twice, ALWAYS! We live in a fast world where products and services can change at light speed. Stay on top of what's happening in your environment and adjust accordingly. And do it FAST.

  2. Communicate on the right channels: Constantly talk about your differentiators and why you can be trusted. Do it using beautiful graphics, powerful headlines and smart Calls-To-Action. But most important, select the right channels, especially if your budget is not that of Apple, Microsoft or any other giants. Remember: you don't need to be everywhere! Pick a couple of platforms and excel on them.

  3. Don't undermine your audience: People have become smarter and smarter and can smell lack of authenticity very quickly. Be real, genuine and to the point with them and you will gain their respect. Be consistent in your communication, offering and service and they will stay with you for the long run.

  4. Get your audience's feedback: Your clients know what they want and how they want it. If you want your products or services to grab market shares, make sure you adapt them to your client's needs and wants. The only way to do this is to ask them and engage them in ways that will get you the input you need. The more you ask for feedback, the more they will feel valued and the more they will tout about you and stick with you, like bees to honey.
